Shanna Fragen

Contemporary/Modern Instructor

Shanna originally from Chicago, IL and earned her BFA in Dance from Columbia College Chicago. She has performed with BLiPSWiTCH in Austin, TX and has been involved in many festivals and performances as both a dancer and choreographer. Shanna’s choreography has been recognized and awarded in both competitive and professional communities. Most recently, she taught and led the ballet and modern programs at The Dance Spot in Round Rock, Texas. She has lived, trained, and worked in Chicago, Austin, and New York City and has attended many intensives, including two summers in Tel Aviv at the Gaga/Dancers summer course with Batsheva Dance Company. Shanna is thrilled to join the Dance Institute family, and looks forward to cultivating and sharing a magical space with inspiring young dancers.
