Taylor N Cobb

Ballet Instructor

Taylor Cobb was born and raised in Dayton, OH. She began her ballet training later than most of her peers as a Freshman in high school. During her high school years and early training years she trained under Barbara Pontecorvo at Gem City Ballet, and attended Stivers School for the Arts where she trained with DeShona Pepper Robinson and Karen Hochwalt. Following her High School graduation Taylor attended the University of Cincinnati’s Conservatory of Music, where she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Ballet and performed Balanchine’s ‘Serenade’, Giselle, and many other ballet pieces, and solos. In 2013 Taylor joined the Louisville Ballet where she danced until 2016. Following her time with the ‘Louisville Ballet’ Taylor moved to Austin, TX to join ‘Ballet Austin’ where she later retired in 2018. Taylor now works in digital marketing as an in house UX/UI Designer.
